Prior to Purchase
1. We are pleased to provide potential customers with technical support and recommend suitable products to them. Customization service is also available upon request.
2. We send each customer a video on how to operate the product as well as product images.
3. The product comes wrapped with stretch films before it is put into a fumigant-free wooden case and shipped out.
4. The shipping cost will be decided based on the requirements listed in the International Trade Agreement.
During Purchase
1. Generally speaking, it would take us 20 days to deliver customer ordered goods after his or her order is confirmed.
2. There will be workers assigned to each stage of production.
3. Before delivery, we would give each machine a trial run. Customers can come to our site for acceptance check. Or we can send a video of the machine commissioning process to customers.
4. A toolbox will be given to customers along with the shipment.
After Purchase
1. We offer each customer an operations manual and disc along with the machine.
2. We not pay for the flight tickets, boarding and lodging, and other business trip allowance for employees from the user company who come to our site to commission the machine.
3. Each product is given a one-year warranty.
4. For product under warranty, if customers find any problems with the machine that arises from the act of God or other non-human factors, they can return the damaged parts. In that case, we would replace them for free, with no hidden charges including the shipping fee.
