Incepted in 2008, our company has since been engaged in the research, development, and production of the stretch film slitter rewinder.
The HTS-500 slitting and rewinding machine brings together functionalities of the slitter and the rewinder into one piece of equipment. By using this model, the jumbo roll of stretch film can be converted into smaller rolls of either the same or different sizes for everyday uses. Via slitting and rewinding, flaws in the roll of stretch film can be corrected. The resulting roll can have a flat, smooth appearance.
Depending on customer specific requirements, we can provide customized plastic film converting solutions. In that case, customers need to provide related parameters listed in the following.
1. Parent roll inside diameter
2. Parent roll material being either PVC or PE
3. Production process such as cast film or blow film
4. Parent roll outside diameter and width
5. Finished roll inside diameter and width
6. Stretch film slitter rewinder voltage and motor power
In addition, our rewind slitting machine can have different colors of paintings coated over its housing. The choice of color is all according to your likings.
