The HTR-500 automatic film rewinder provides an ideal solution for plastic film converting applications. With this rewinding machine, jumbo rolls of stretch films or cling films can be converted into smaller rolls with adjustable diameters below 150mm.
The highly automated control system is made up of the PLC, touch screen, and frequency changer. Its touch screen allows users to manually input data, which is easy to operate and makes for convenient monitoring of the whole process in case any machine fault occurs. Simply feed in a parent roll and let the rewinding machine do the rest.
Upon your request, we can equip the film rewinder with a belt conveyor. The conveyor reduces the amount of manual load handling work, thereby saving labor cost.
