Slitter rewinder HTS-4S500 is mainly used to take a master roll of stretch film, slit it, and rewind it. The minimum slit width is 50mm while the maximum rewind diameter is 180mm.
Our roll slitter features an easy-to-use control system that is comprised of the PLC, user interface, and frequency changer. Supported up off the ground by four little machine feet, this rewind slitting machine enables fast heat dissipation and stays unaffected by the damp ground conditions. Compared to traditional slitter rewinders, the HTS-4S500 model is more efficient at rewinding.
We are a specialist in the design and manufacture of the roll slitter. Our research and development team are all on standby to deliver customized stretch film converting solutions. Prior to shipping, customers can come to our site for acceptance check. Or we can shoot a video of the machine commissioning process and send it to customers for confirmation.
Each of our 4-shaft roll slitters is provided with a one-year warranty. Within the warranty period, if you find any problems with the machine that occur due to acts of God or nature, you can send the damaged parts back to us. As such, we will replace them for free, with no hidden charges including the shipping fee.
In July 2013, a customer from Czech went on an inspection tour in our company. After the visit, they decided to buy this 4-shaft stretch film slitter rewinder. Thus far, the product has been well reviewed by that customer.
