The HTR-F450 semi-automatic aluminum foil rewinder features an easy-to-use control system that is comprised of the PLC, large display screen, and frequency changer.
Precise tension control in the rewinding machine is achieved by using the airshaft and magnetic particle clutch, which ensures the flat surface of the aluminum foil. High level of automation means this slitting rewinder can automatically cut and rewind the aluminum foil. Therefore, fewer operators are needed to handle the machine. In addition, operators can always adjust the diameter of finished roll to 100mm maximally.
