The HTR-D300 film rewinder is specially designed for use to rewind cling films. A number of improvements have been made to the rewinder structure and rewinding performance in this version. During rewinding, the machine is able to create easy-tear lines at intervals of a give length along the film.
The easy-tear line makes it easier for users to tear one plastic wrap off the rest of the roll. It also limits the length of cling film to be used once at a time, thus saving films and reducing wastes.
This rewinding machine is one of our new products that have been independently developed by our own engineers. We have filed for a patent on that invention and are now waiting to see if the patent can be granted.
The control system for this film rewinder is comprised of PLC, touch screen, and frequency changer. It is easy to operate. Compared with traditional rewinders, this new rewinder model proves to be more efficient due to the use of five shafts for recoiling. Should the machine run out of paper tubes, it will automatically come to stop, thus ensuring the safety of operators as well as extending the use life of the machine.
