The HTR-P600 pre-stretch slitter rewinder is designed to take a parent roll of film, stretch it, relax it, cut it, and rewind it. With this pre-stretcher, the film can be pulled to obtain the required thickness with 1.3mm to the minimum. Different gear sets can be used to create various torques so as to meet the diversified needs for stretching.
By making small changes to it, this pre-stretch roll slitter can be used to produce coreless rolls. For more details, please refer to our user guide. Of course our pre-stretcher can be tailor made according to your specifications.
After receiving your purchase order, we will deliver the product within 20 working days. Before the prestretch slitter rewinder is packaged, customers can always come to our factory for acceptance check. Or we can shoot a video of the machine commissioning process and send it to you. Until you confirm the quality of your ordered item, we will not ship it out.
