The stretch wrapping machine goes by many names. Pallet wrapper and stretch wrapper are just a couple. The machine comes with a turntable for easy loading. It is widely used to wrap large freight containers and pallets with stretch films, in order to prevent dust or moisture from entering in, thereby reducing product damages in transit. Typical features of our stretch wrapper are listed as follows.
1. After the wrapping process is completed, the turntable will automatically returns to its original position. This ensures the wrapped pallets get off the machine at the right location.
2. Slow startup and stop allow the pallet to be loaded and unloaded safely and avoid sudden drop.

5. Photograph user interface plus PLC and variable frequency drive allows users to adjust the number of wrapping layers, wrapping times, and wrapping height.

7. This stretch wrapping machine uses high stretchable plastic films for wrapping, which can be stretched up to 2.5 times the original length.
