Rewinder for Aluminum Foil
Grilling and aluminum foil were made for each other. Marketable aluminum foil rolls are usually easy to carry, which have been unwound, slitted and rewound from jumbo rolls. Nantong Wintech Plastic Machinery Company is capable of making semi-automatic aluminum foil rewinders that can convert master rolls of foil into smaller, easier-to-carry rolls.
Currently available aluminum foil rewinders include:
- Semi-automatic Aluminum Foil RewinderHigh level of automation means this slitting rewinder can automatically cut and rewind the aluminum foil. Therefore, fewer operators are needed to handle the machine. In addition, operators can always adjust the diameter of finished roll to 100mm maximally.
- Film Trimming MachineOn the cutter bar is installed a fiber optic sensor, which controls the cutting process in case it would hurt the paper tube. The distance between two cutter blades is freely adjustable. When you use the trimming machine to slit stretch film rolls of different diameters, care should be taken to adjust the position of the sensor.
